Mark Homer came out of college and made most of the mistakes that the typical college graduate makes when starting their corporate career. However, one day two years into his stalling career as he began to feel mired in mediocrity he was involved and was fortunate enough to walk away from a plane crash.
This wake up call put things into perspective, Mark was not where he wanted to be in his life and career. He vowed to do whatever it took to change this. In under three years, Mark learned the key steps to make the transition from college student to corporate executive and was rewarded with promotions and tripling his salary.
Having been successful for 15 years in the corporate world at both the largest companies like IBM and even leading a few small startups Mark continued to see other recent college graduates struggle with the same things coming out of college. He decided to take a sabbatical from his work as a corporate executive and share the steps he learned with other new college graduates so they can jumpstart their corporate career and keep American companies leading the world.
While Mark can’t recreate the adrenaline felt when plummeting over a 1000 feet down in a plane with a dead engine, he tries to come close and leave the audience with the intense energy to take action and incorporate his success steps into their life.
